Tick. Tick. Tick.
June stared at the alarm clock. She didn’t know where it came from, how it got there. All she knew was that it looked almost exactly like her father’s old one, with a yellowed face and bold, old style numbering.
It sat on the shelf in the antique shop, and while a thin layer of dust coated everything else, it looked newly cleaned. It seemed out of place in general, she thought, still staring. It was the only mechanical thing in the shop; there were mostly just carvings and furniture.

Mmhm! Let me tell you some different options first, though:
To delete forever, so neither you nor anyone can see something, there is a large 'delete' button to the right of the 'edit' button. This is found on the right hand side of the page.
To delete from other people's view, but have it so you can still see it, the comments, description and everything, go to the drop down menu under 'submit' and click the last option—'manage deviations.' There, select the deviation(s) you'd like to 'delete,' and click "store," What that does is you can see it when you click on it, but for everyone else it says "moved to storage."
To delete from your gallery but still make it visible for people to see, go to edit, and where it says what type of deviations it is (as in, literature or fanart, etc.) the top one should say 'scraps.' Choose it then click 'done.' The deviation can be found where it says 'scraps' in your gallery, but it doesn't show up on your page or in your main gallery, and it's excluded from your gallery stats.
